Vice Presidents Report

First I want to thank everyone who took the time to vote in our club election! That is what democracy is all about. The newly elected Executive Committee held its first meeting. I will try to bring all of you up to speed on what has transpired

 

Voted on and passed.

A.         Erect extended fences on field 2 for safety reasons.

B.      Upgrade 5 Stand with new trap and wireless remote controls.

C.       Purchase a large storage shed.

D.      Purchase a steel impact plate for shotgun patterning.

E.      Purchase “dud” boxes for each field.

F.       Purchase a suggestion box for club house.

G.       Quarterly news letter to all members.

H.      Rewrite of bylaws to update & utilize Election Committee.

I.      Appointment of committee heads.

J.        Shooting lessons for compensation, instructors must be approved in advance by Board and have personal liability ins. In addition lessons may not impede club members from utilizing club facilities.

 

The above items, plus repairing  skeet benches, windows  doors and paint all fields are what you the membership have asked us to do. Please volunteer your time to one of the committee heads listed below.
